SWFLRoofQuote.com is operated for customer inquiries and quote coordination by Rams Alliance, LLC. Roofing services are performed by Rams Roofing LLC, Florida roofing contractor license CCC1331787. Rams Alliance, LLC may share your request with Rams Roofing LLC as necessary to respond to your request and prepare or deliver roofing proposals.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, telephone number, email address, property address, selected roofing service, and your optional marketing consent choice. If Google Places is enabled, address-related place identifiers and approximate property coordinates may also be collected. Technical records such as submission time, consent text version, and request metadata may be processed to help demonstrate consent and protect the service.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule inspections, prepare and send proposals, coordinate roofing services, maintain business records, protect against misuse, and send marketing communications only where permitted. Providing a quote request does not automatically authorize unrelated promotional calls or automated marketing texts.

Sharing and security

Retention and your requests

Quote request retention

Contact details for website quote requests that remain unconverted and have no linked proposal or immutable edit history are removed after 90 days. Records linked to proposals, progressed inquiries, legal holds or immutable history require a separate privacy review. This rule does not delete contracts, accounting documents or project files.

We retain quote inquiries, consent evidence, proposals, and communication history only for appropriate business, contractual, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes under a documented retention policy. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions, using the contact details published by Rams Alliance, LLC.

Before launch: Rams Alliance, LLC must publish its verified business mailing address, privacy contact email, and a working method for privacy requests. This preview does not yet include those verified details.
